1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using exittodigital.com ("the Website") and purchasing any digital products, courses, or services offered by Holley Consulting Group LLC, doing business as Exit to Digital ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Exit to Digital offers digital products including but not limited to digital guides, courses, prompt packs, templates, AI tools, and digital downloads ("Digital Products"). All products are delivered electronically. No physical products are shipped unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.

4. PRICING AND PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been completed. Payment is processed through third-party payment processors including but not limited to Shopify Payments, ThriveCart, and PayPal. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY

All Digital Products are delivered electronically via email, download link, or through our online course platform immediately after purchase or within 24 hours. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or technical issues on your end.

6. REFUND POLICY

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on Digital Products once they have been delivered or access has been granted. If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your purchase, contact us at shaunita@exittodigital.com within 7 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue.

If a product is found to be materially different from what was described at the time of purchase, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement, credit, or refund.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this Website and within our Digital Products — including but not limited to text, graphics, images, videos, audio, templates, prompts, course materials, and digital downloads — is the intellectual property of Holley Consulting Group LLC unless otherwise stated.
