What This Blueprint Covers

01 — Content Pillars

The Foundation, The Money Machines, and The Multipliers. Each pillar has a curriculum skeleton with suggested modules and deliverables.

02 — Skool Architecture

How to structure your Skool community — classrooms, channels, gamification points, and member flow.

03 — Onboarding Sequence

What happens the second someone joins. The first 7 days are the most important. This maps it out.

04 — 12-Month Content Calendar

Monthly Permissionless Drops, quarterly Sprints, and the 30-Day Challenge. Mapped out so you can batch and schedule.

05 — Ops Checklist

Everything you need to set up before you open the room. Tech, content, automations, and pre-launch.

Content Architecture

The Three Pillars

These are your classrooms in Skool. Each one has a clear promise.

01
The Foundation

Who You Become Before You Build Anything

This is the identity work. The mindset shift. It’s what separates people who build for years with no revenue from people who sell on day one.

Module 1 — The Permissionless Identity
Who is she, what does she believe, and why does that change everything. Journaling prompts + audio lesson.

Module 2 — The Cost of Waiting
Dollar-for-dollar breakdown of what playing small actually costs. The C.A.P. framework applied to their story.

Module 3 — What You’re Actually Sitting On
Expertise inventory exercise. They walk away knowing exactly what they can sell and to whom.

Module 4 — Pricing From Identity, Not Fear
Why most women underprice and how to set prices that reflect who they actually are. Practical pricing formula included.

Module 5 — The Decision That Changes Everything
Closing module for the pillar. A commitment exercise and a letter they write to future-self.

02
The Money Machines

The 30-Day Income Execution Challenge

One income-producing action every weekday for 30 days. Not courses to consume. Actions to complete. This is the core activation engine of the community.

Week 1 — Clarity Week
Offer defined. Price set. Who it’s for locked in. Days 1–5 remove all the “I don’t know what to sell” excuses.

Week 2 — Visibility Week
Show up every day. One piece of content per day. No perfection allowed. Days 6–10 break the hiding habit.

Week 3 — Outreach Week
Direct conversations. DMs. Comments. Referrals. Days 11–15 get them in front of real humans who can say yes.

Week 4 — Sell Week
Make an offer every single day. In public. On Stories. In DMs. Days 16–20 build the selling muscle.

Week 5 — Stack Week
Repeat what worked. Automate one thing. Days 21–30 close out with results to celebrate and systems to keep.

How to Run It in Skool

Post the daily action in the Community feed each weekday. Members reply with their completed action. Gamification points awarded per completion. Monthly leaderboard for the member with the most completions.

03
The Multipliers

Build More. Show Up Less. Earn Differently.

AI tools, automation, and content systems. This is the leverage layer. Most members don’t have six hours a day. This pillar solves that.

Module 1 — Your AI Content Engine
How to batch 30 days of content in one afternoon using AI. Templates, prompt starters, and a walk-through of Shaunita’s actual process.

Module 2 — The Digital Product Fast Track
Turn what you know into something people can buy. Ebook, guide, mini course, or template — picked and built in one session.

Module 3 — Email That Earns While You Sleep
A 5-email welcome sequence + a weekly email rhythm that actually converts. Templates included.

Module 4 — The One-Platform Rule
Pick one platform, master it, then duplicate. Why spreading thin is the #1 reason smart women stay broke online.

Module 5 — Systems That Scale You
The five automations every digital business needs. Set up once, earn ongoing. Walk-throughs for Systeme.io and ThriveCart.

Pin this as the first community post. Ask members to reply with: Name / What they’re sitting on / Their #1 goal for the year / One thing that’s been stopping them.

Member Experience

Onboarding Sequence

What happens from the second they pay to the end of day 7.

Immediately After Purchase

ThriveCart Thank You Page
Short video from Shaunita (2–3 min). Welcome them. Tell them what to do next. One CTA: join the Skool link.

Systeme.io Email 1 — “You just made a decision”
Confirm the purchase. Reinforce the identity shift. Link to Skool. Deliver the Digital Hustle Playbook bonus.

Day 1 — Inside Skool

Auto DM from Skool (if enabled)
Welcome message. Tell them to: (1) update their profile, (2) introduce themselves in the community, (3) start the Foundation classroom.

Pin post — “Start here before you do anything else”
Shaunita’s voice. Tells them the order: Foundation → 30-Day Challenge → Multipliers. Sets the expectation for community norms.

Day 2 — Email 2 from Systeme.io

“Here’s what’s inside — and where to go first”
Quick map of the three pillars. Tell them the 30-Day Challenge starts on the first Monday of each month. Build anticipation.

Day 4 — Email 3 from Systeme.io

“The woman who already has it didn’t wait”
Mindset email. Mirrors the identity language from the sales page. Pushes them into the Foundation if they haven’t started. Soft nudge, not a nag.

Day 7 — Email 4 from Systeme.io

“Check in — where are you?”
Ask one question: what’s the one thing you’re still circling? Reply to this email. This reply becomes a content idea AND a retention signal.

Note on Automation

The 4-email sequence lives in Systeme.io. Tag them “wwp-member” on ThriveCart webhook. That tag triggers the sequence. No manual work.
